Plows QUIVOGNE ATLANT, ONLAND, etc.

A revolving plow is a mounted equipment designed for efficient processing and plowing of the earth. It differs from the classic one in the absence of a collapsed furrow and a piled ridge. It has two working parts that are wrapped relative to the frame by hydraulic mechanics. That is, the tractor uses one set of knives when moving along the first line, and when entering the second one, it uses a reverse one.
Such a device is usually used when plowing virgin land or dense soils, as well as slopes and hills, where not only loosening is required, but also falling off the land in a certain direction. A revolving plow can significantly increase crop yields in the field, effectively combats entrenched weeds and improves germination. The plowed surface has no ridges or furrows, as is the case with the classic semi-mounted plowshare device, and is suitable for sowing any agricultural plants. The recommended speed of operation of such a unit is no more than 10 km / h: when exceeded, the quality of plowing decreases and fuel consumption increases by 20-30%.
Advantages and disadvantages of the equipment
The main feature of the device is the ability to cultivate the soil to any required depth. The value is selected depending on which field and with which culture they will work. Usually plowing is carried out to a depth of 20-27 centimeters. To set the desired value, it is enough to change the height of the support wheel. It can be located both from the rear of the mounted plow, and in the middle or closer to the tractor.
The advantages of this equipment include:
- The possibility of plowing the field without ditches and shafts, uniform distribution of land in plowing.
- High processing speed. The tractor does not need additional manipulations during the approach to the new lane, the location of the knives is changed by a hydraulic device.
- High reliability. There is simply nothing to break in the structure, and the hydraulics are protected from damage by a durable tarpaulin sleeve.
- Smoothness and uniformity of the stroke due to the attachment of the semi-suspension mechanism at three points.
- Increased maneuverability of the tractor. The trailed plow does not interfere with movement, a 180-degree turn is usually done in one approach.
- The possibility of free adjustment and adjustment without the use of specialized equipment.
- Sufficient width of the grip, the ability to change this value mechanically. The unit can have from 2 to 18 dumps (their number depends on the power of the tractor and the characteristics of the soil).
